- The project is in three countries: Benin, Togo, and Ghana. It consists of:
- Benin: 7 km of 10" diameter pipeline through a major lagoon and a difficult swampy terrain with difficult access to the works and an associated metering station
- Lomé, Togo: 1.5 km of 10" diameter pipeline and a metering station
- Ghana: 1.2 km of 18" diameter pipeline
All three locations have associated access roads, utilities, and associated control systems.
