The project comprised the construction of 6 No luxurious, large detached houses each with an area of 3,500 sq.ft., including complete infrastructure/services, landscaping and all associated structures.

This project was part of the city council’s program to generally upgrade the city’s infrastructure. It comprised 12 kms of city roads, resealing works, alterations, new drainage systems, paving, widening of main roads and roundabouts, upgrading of drainage system and other associated works.

40 kms of rehabilitated road included widening work, extensive construction of retaining walls in mountainous terrain, and laying of all underground utilities, including telephone ducts and water mains.
