The construction of a reinforced concrete-framed building on Earls Court Road included residential and commercial development on three floors with basement and ground floor office facilities.

The project comprised the construction of 6 No luxurious, large detached houses each with an area of 3,500 sq.ft., including complete infrastructure/services, landscaping and all associated structures.

This prestigious design and construction project comprised the development of more than 300 acres into residential, commercial and leisure facilities, including an 18-hole, championship-level golf course and all infrastructure works. More than 100 luxury villas, tourist houses, a clubhouse, and swimming pools were constructed under phase l of this project.

Construction of a 219 room, 9 story hotel with conference facilities including two levels of underground parking for up to 300 cars. This project was part of the city council’s program to generally upgrade the city’s infrastructure. It comprised 12 kms of city roads, resealing works, alterations, new drainage systems, paving, widening of main roads and roundabouts, upgrading of drainage system and other associated works.
