- Construction of a 219 room, 9 story hotel with conference facilities including two levels of underground parking for up to 300 cars. The project was completed in just over 17 months using the "Tunnel Form" method of construction for the main reinforced concrete frame. Prefabricated bathroom pods were utilized throughout. Included in the project was the complete fitting out of the hotel which incorporated the latest technology in M & E control systems and computer based operational facilities and environment control.
